Tiff Adams
Tiff attended her first yoga class in 2012 with a friend. She had the preconception that yoga was slow, boring, and not for her. However, she was pleasantly surprised at what she discovered on her mat that first day: yoga was fun, challenging, and left her craving more. Noticing improvements in her posture after just a few classes, she felt taller and more confident. It was then that she realized yoga was her calling.
Driven by her desire to share the transformative power of yoga, Tiff completed a 200-hour teacher training and mentorship program with Kindness Yoga, becoming a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance. Continuing her journey as both a teacher and a perpetual student, she expanded her expertise by becoming certified to teach Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Prenatal Yoga.
Dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment for exploration in every class, Tiff draws from her own experience of injury to remind students to honor their intuition and trust their bodies. Advocating for a mindful approach, she encourages students to remain curious and intuitively recognize when to prioritize ease and engage specific muscles for strength. Creating a spacious and inquisitive atmosphere in her classes, Tiff supports students in developing a deeper understanding of their bodies.
Deepening her exploration of holistic wellness, Tiff cultivated a passion for Sound Healing, drawing upon her profound connection to music. Now, she offers soul-nourishing sound baths to harmonize the subtle energies of the body. Additionally, Tiff is attuned to facilitate Reiki sessions, guiding individuals in clearing energetic blockages and restoring balance to their subtle bodies.
In addition to her yoga teaching journey, Tiff has embarked on her entrepreneurial path by founding Moss Alchemy. At Moss Alchemy, individuals are invited to embark on a journey of growth, play, and transformation through various modalities including wholeness coaching, intuitive card readings, sound therapy, Reiki, meditation, and yoga asana. Tiff's mission is to provide unwavering support for individuals navigating transitional phases of life, empowering them to live in alignment with their dharma, or purpose.
Originally from Baltimore, MD, Tiff now calls Colorado home, where she lives with her husband, Tim, and their dog, Gose. Tiff finds joy in snowboarding, skating, Tarot/Oracle Cards, legos, poetry, astrology, camping, human connection, live music, and living room dance parties.
