Enjoy Wednesday afternoons with Lora and a community of friendly yogis. This class will include dynamic movement to build strength and flow.

Non-members will need to purchase a Day Pass upon arrival at the front desk for $25 ($22 for students/seniors). Check out Ubergrippens website for what else is included in your Day Pass. Punch Cards are also available for additional discounts.

Class size is limited to 15 yogis, sign up ahead of time on the UG website. Bring your own mat.
