Join Tiff for a 60 minute vinyasa class to the tunes of the Spice Girls and other powerful women in music. On this night two hands will become one at heart center with a fun, funky flow. While this playlist is filled with GRL PWR all are encouraged to join. Say you'll be there, we know you wannabe a warrior!

Non-members will need to purchase a Day Pass upon arrival at the front desk for $25 ($22 for students/seniors). Check out Ubergrippens website for what else is included in your Day Pass. Punch Cards are also available for additional discounts.

Class size is limited to 15 yogis, sign up ahead of time on the UG’s website. Bring your own mat.
