End the week and begin the weekend with a Friday night 5 pm Yoga Jam. This is unlike any yoga class. Less structure and more fun! With all levels of experience in mind, it's ok if you can't touch your toes! AND it includes a $10 coupon at Stanley Beer Hall- day of!

In this challenging and energetic class you will get plenty of core, cardio, and muscle-toning yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for the pumped up feeling you get from working out but with more flexibility.
