Join Rya in the Ubergrippen studio for a 75 minute combination Vinyasa/Yoga Nidra(guided meditation) class. This combination class explores the connection of breath, movement and meditation. Restore and recharge your focus. Invite clarity to mind and awareness to body. Class will begin with a grounding Vinyasa flow, followed by Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
