Lora teaches this class every other week. Expect to find peace within challenge. The heat will be slightly elevated from a regular power flow. Offerings include pulsing, core work, arm balances, and a creative flow. Class is designed with the heat in mind- more time is spent standing and more time is spent on the floor (there are less transitions from standing to floor) AND this class is available to all levels with many “layers’ offered.
