Prenatal Yoga Series at YogaSix Northfield | Week 4
This class is for all that are expecting, whether you are carrying your own or waiting for their arrival via surrogate or adoption! This prenatal yoga series will not only support your body through this transformational time, but it will also be an opportunity to create community and connect with others. Learn how your experience is similar and unique with those also expecting to expand their family.
Each week will be uniquely themed, a sharing circle (share as much or as little as you like), movement to support your changing body (physical and/or emotional), and a meditation practice.
This time before your new family arrival can be an emotional roller coaster to say the least, lets create stability and connection through this prenatal yoga series together.
You can expect 10-15 minutes of sharing, 30-40 minutes of movement, & 5-10 minutes of meditation.
