Let’s start the morning off with breath and movement surrounded by a community of friendly yogis. This 60 minute vinyasa class will be sure to get you moving, feeling stronger, and ready to take on the day. Tiff enjoys mixing up the pace and difficulty of the class to keep you coming back. Variations will be offered to meet you where you are on any particular day.

Non-members will need to purchase a Day Pass upon arrival at the front desk for $25 ($22 for students/seniors). Check out Ubergrippens website for what else is included in your Day Pass. Punch Cards are also available for additional discounts.

Class size is limited to 15 yogis, sign up ahead of time on the UG’s website. Bring your own mat.
