Join Tiff every Monday Afternoon at VIBE Wellness. Move & Meditate is 45 minutes long and is designed for students who need a shortened practice to be able to move about their day.
Each class will incorporate different types of meditation and breath work or pranayama. From here, students will dive into gentle yogic shapes which is essentially a "moving meditation".
* Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and during the transitions between poses. Class is held at VIBE Wellness located in Stanley Marketplace.
